     2 c. tsp (10 mL) butter
     1 onion, chopped
     1 c. tsp (5 mL) paprika
     1 c. tsp (5 mL) ground cumin
     1 c. tsp (5 ml) dried mint
     1/4 c. tsp (1 ml) ground cinnamon
     salt
     pepper
     1 lb (500 g) boneless skinless chicken, cut into strips     1/3 cup (75 ml) chopped apricots and / or raisins
     2 cups (500 ml) milk
     2 c. tablespoons (30 mL) cornstarch
     2 oranges, peeled and pieces

     In a large nonstick skillet, melt butter over medium-high. use onion with paprika, cumin, mint, cinnamon, salt and pepper until tender.

     Add chicken and sauté for 3 minutes. Add dried fruit. Mix a small amount of milk to cornstarch until smooth, then add the remaining milk.
 
     Pour into the pan. Simmer, stirring until the chicken is no longer pink inside, 4 to 5 minutes. Orange garnish.
